La ranita Koriky nos guía a través de una divertida sesión de yoga paso a paso para mantenernos felices y alegres. Esta sesión incluye dinámicas entretenidas para estirar y calentar el cuerpo, activar el corazón, mover el esqueleto bailando, aprender a tranquilizarnos mediante la respiración profunda y adentrarnos en la meditación, aprovechando todos los beneficios que aporta para el cuerpo y la mente. Además, se fomenta el valor de compartir con los demás y la importancia de la sonrisa. Esta sesión de yoga está diseñada para ser practicada acompañados por un adulto (ideal para toda la familia), ya sea con o sin experiencia en yoga, y también es adecuada para clases de yoga para niños con la guía de un profesor.
